Remember Gianni Versace in the 90s… the fashion house was at its peak before Gianni was murdered, and this shirt was all they were about. The opulence of the gold chains on a silk shirt is all I remember. My parents would wear them, they were soooo pimping, my mom even had the leggings. Such good times. Now I’m seeing people wear this almost two decades later, other designers are copying the look and many kids adopting this trend probably don’t even know that Gianni invented it (or who he was for that matter). It took a while to make a come-back but I’m definitely glad it did.
